The last available public data is from the 2018 to 2019 academic year. It is important to note that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance.

Please find attached the document detailing the end of year results. These documents includes the end of year results for; 

 the early years foundation stage, the year 1 phonics screening check and also the end of year 2 SAT's results for reading, writing, mathematics and science. 

Outcomes for pupils - 2018/2019

 

EYFS

 

The ‘good level of development’ for this year is 76% (80% last year).  Children are defined as having reached a good level of development at the end of the EYFS if they have achieved at least the expected level in:

  • the early learning goals in the prime areas of learning (personal, social and emotional development; physical development; and communication and language) and;
  • the early learning goals in the specific areas of mathematics and literacy.

 

SAT’s

In year 2 the children who are deemed to be at age related expectations (ARE) are:

Reading                                   79% (77% last year)

Writing                                     76% (76% last year)

Mathematics                            81% (74% last year)

The percentage of children achieving greater depth is:

Phonics Screening

 

  • All children in year one have completed their phonics screening.  The score needed to meet the standard is 32, the same as last year.  This means that 89.8% (81.3% last year) children met the standard.

  • There were 17 children in year 2 who had to retake the phonics screening.  Out if these 70.6% (33.3%) children met the standard this time.  This was 55.5% boys and 87.5% girls.
