Golden assembly certificates

Each Friday two children are chosen by their class teacher to receive a certificate. One of the certificates can be for anything positive for example, good manners, great reading, being a kind and helpful friend etc. The other certificate is a growth mindset certificate and this certificate is given to the children that have put lots of effort into something and tried their best by applying their growth mindset knowledge.
